The Chief Auditor, Ksenija Barjaktarović, and representatives of the Department for Regional and Territorial Cooperation of the Audit Authority of Montenegro were in Zagreb on 19 December 2023, where they attended the meeting of the auditors’ group for the Interreg IPA CBC program “Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro”, which was organized by the Agency for the Audit of the EU Program Implementation System (ARPA).
The aim of the meeting was to strengthen cooperation and exchange views among representatives of the Agency for the Audit of the EU Program Implementation System (ARPA) Croatia, the Ministry of Finance and Treasury of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and the Audit Authority of Montenegro.
At the meeting, the audit activities carried out during 2023 for the Interreg IPA CBC program “Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro” 2014-2020 were presented, including the key findings and recommendations given to the programme bodies and beneficiaries, as well as the audit plan that will be implemented in the next period. Also, the activities to be carried out for the Interreg IPA CBC program “Croatia – Bosnia and Herzegovina – Montenegro” 2021-2027 programming period were presented at the meeting.
