From 30 March to 1 April 2026, Chief Auditor Ksenija Barjatkarović and the Head of the Audit of the Agriculture and Rural Development Program Unit, Rina Mučaj Demirović, were in Ljubljana as part of a workshop organized to mark the completion of the Certification Program in the field of forensic accounting and auditing.
The Certification Program in the field of forensic accounting and auditing is a six-month regional program organized by the Centre of Excellence in Finance (CEF) and the Chartered Institute of Public Finance and Accountancy (CIPFA). After the successful completion of the exam, a ceremony was held in Ljubljana to award certificates to the first generation of participants in the form of a final workshop.

The workshop provided an opportunity to deepen knowledge and further develop practical skills in the areas of detecting fraud, digital forensics, and investigative communication, as well as to consider the application of these skills in real-life situations. The training program and certificate were also received by Miladin Glavatović – Chartered Auditor in the Audit of Regional and Territorial Cooperation Program Unit.
In addition, the Chief Auditor discussed with representatives of the CEF and CIPFA further cooperation opportunities, including organizing tailored trainings for the needs of the Audit Authority of Montenegro.
